• Visual Reference can be a form of; Reference Sheet, a Single Image of the Character's main features, or a collection of images.
• sketches/Rendered will always have color abbreviation and noise!
• Watermark will be smaller and tucked somewhere that won't disturb the art.
• I only accept payments through paypal.

• I can refuse or reject a commission without notice.
• I can cancel a commission at any time and issue a full or partial refund.⚜️ RIGHTS AND DISTRIBUTION ⚜️
As the artist:
• I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.
• I may post commission pieces to social platforms for self-promotion, unless requested otherwise.As the client:
• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Unless otherwise agreed.
• You can post the piece online, with or without credit.
• You can crop, resize, or apply filters for profile use.
• You are not allowed remove, paint over, or edit my watermark/signature under any circumstances.
• You are not allowed to feed any artwork of mine into AI.⚜️ USAGE ⚜️
Personal + Monetized Usage:
• Profile pictures / avatars.
• Social media banners.
• Wallpapers.
• Printing single or multiple copies for yourself.
(posters, stickers, charms, keychains, etc. as long as not sold)
• Sharing online with or without proper credit.
• Gifts for friends/family.
Commercial Usage:

PAYPAL
• I’ll send an invoice. (an email is required)
• I accept full payment upfront or after completion.
• Refunds outside of standard terms may be discussed on a case-by-case basis (100%, or 70–80% refund depending on progress).New Clients
• A PayPal invoice will be issued.
• A 30/70 payment plan is used, unless otherwise agreed.
• The 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers slot reservation, initial planning, and sketching.
• If a refund is requested during the sketch phase, 70% of the total price will be refunded.
• If a refund is requested during the color/shading phase, 50% of the remaining 70% will be refunded.
• No refund will be issued after the piece is completed or nearly complete.REFUNDS INITIATED BY THE ARTIST
• If I cancel a commission midway, the client will receive a full (100%) refund, including any deposit.⚜️ OTHER / FOOTNOTES ⚜️
• I do not accept commissions with strict deadlines.
• Pressuring or rushing me may result in cancellation.
• Clients who initiate a chargeback with malicious intent will be blacklisted from future commissions.
• Commission turnaround is typically 1–3 weeks. If delays arise, I will inform you as soon as possible.

Price includes a simple background, solid or blurred colors.Extra characters: is 50%+ per character on the same art piece.

Prices for Chibi includes a simple background.
